Paraphrase of WHERE THE MIND IS WITHOUT FEAR

Paraphrase of the poem
The poem is a prayer to God to bless the country of the poet. He prays God to make his country safe and secure so that the people will live there fearlessly and with respect. The people there should be free to read whatever they like. They should live in unity. They should have freedom of speech and freedom to pursue their respective dreams. The fresh ideas are appreciated and nobody should be forced to follow outdated traditions there . The poet concluded his prayer by asking God to guide the people of his country towards righteous destinations and transform his slave country into a heaven like sovereign country.
