شاہ است حسین ؓ بادشاہ است حسین ؓ

دین است حسین دین پناہ است حسین ؓ

سر داد نداد دست در دست یزید

حقا کہ بنائے لا الہ است حسین ؓ


مسلمانوں کے پہلے مہینے، محرم میں، حضرت حسینؓ شہید ہوئے، اور مسلمانوں کے آخری مہینے، ذوالحجہ میں، حضرت اسماعیلؑ قربان ہونے والے تھے۔


مجھے آج تک یہ بات سمجھ میں نہیں آئی کہ مسلمان کم عقلی کا ڈرامہ کیوں کرتے ہیں؟


چلیے، میں سب سے ایک سوال پوچھتا ہوں: اگر آپ کے محلے کی مسجد پر دوسرے محلے کے کچھ لوگ زبردستی قبضہ کر لیں، تو کیا آپ اپنی مسجد کو چھڑانے کے لیے آگے نہیں آئیں گے؟


تو پھر اس سوال کا جواب دیجیے: اگر کسی شخص نے حضرت محمد ﷺ کے لائے ہوئے اسلام پر زبردستی قبضہ کر لیا تھا، تو کیا حضرت حسینؓ پر لازم نہیں تھا کہ وہ اسلام کو آزاد کرانے کے لیے آگے آئیں؟


حضرت ابوبکرؓ مسلمانوں کے باہمی مشورے سے خلیفہ منتخب ہوئے۔ پھر حضرت ابوبکرؓ نے حضرت عمرؓ کو اپنا جانشین مقرر فرمایا، اور ایک خلیفہ کے حکم کو ماننا واجب ہوتا ہے۔ اس کے بعد حضرت عثمانؓ بھی مسلمانوں کے مشورے سے خلیفہ بنائے گئے۔ لیکن پھر، معاویہ بن ابوسفیان اور ان کا بیٹا، یزید بن معاویہ، خود کو مسلمانوں کا بادشاہ بنا بیٹھے۔


کیا اسلام کے مزاج میں یہ بات درست ہے کہ کوئی شخص خود کو مسلمانوں کا بادشاہ بنائے، یا اپنے بیٹے کو حکمرانی سونپ دے؟


جس طرح آپ اپنی مسجد کو بچانے کے لیے جان دے سکتے ہیں، اُسی طرح حضرت حسینؓ نے اسلام کو ظالم بادشاہوں کے چنگل سے بچانے کے لیے اپنی جان قربان کی۔


اسلام تو یہی سکھاتا ہے کہ ناانصافی اور ظلم کو دیکھ کر خاموش نہ رہو، بلکہ ظلم کے خلاف اٹھو اور لڑو — یہی اصل اسلام ہے۔ ظالم بادشاہوں کی چاپلوسی کرنا، یا محض اپنی جان بچانے کے لیے خاموش رہنا، اسلام نہیں ہو سکتا۔


اللہ تعالیٰ کل قیامت کے دن مجھے اور میرے خاندان کو حضرت حسینؓ کے خاندان کے ساتھ اٹھائے، آمین۔

اور اگر آپ یزید کی حمایت کرتے ہیں، تو اللہ آپ کو یزید کے ساتھ اٹھائے — قیامت کے دن۔ آمین
