  ہمارے امام؟ مسلمانوں کا سب سے بڑا امام حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہے۔ وہ پیغمبروں کا بھی امام ہے۔ لوگوں نے آپ کو جنگ اُحد میں زخمی کیا, آپ کے رشتہ داروں کو شہید کیا اور آپ کو ہجرت پر مجبور کیا۔   امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کو خلیفہ منصور نے 110 مرتبہ کوڑے لگوا کر جیل کے اندر زہر دِلا کر شہید کرایا۔ امام مالک رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کو وقت کے خلیفہ نے کوڑے لگوائے اور جیل میں ڈال دیا۔  امام شافعی رحمتہ اللہ علیہ کو ہتھکڑیاں پہنا کر جیل میں ڈال دیا گیا۔  امام احمد بن حنبل رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کو وقت کے خلیفہ کے حکم سے اتنے کوڑے لگائے جاتے تھے کہ وہ بے ہوش ہو جاتا تھا۔ انہوں نے کئی سال جیل میں گزارے۔  مسلمانو، اپنے اسلاف اور بڑے اماموں کی عزّت کرو۔ انہوں نے بہت سختیاں اور مشکلات اٹھائے ہیں اسلام کے لیے۔ وہ موجودہ دور کے حلوہ خور اور جھگڑالو مفتیوں اور مولویوں کی طرح بالکل نہیں تھے۔ وہ اسلام پھیلانے کا کام کرتے تھے۔ وہ اپنے اپنے مسلکوں کا پرچار نہیں کرتے تھے۔ وہ اسلام کے مجاہد تھے، اپنے مسلکوں کے سپاہی نہیں۔؛ ان تمام اماموں پر سلام!
